I Melinda Grimes being an employee of greatest american was operating 30-40 hours a week like a full-time worker, then best american employed a couple group from asia and today hours are now being reduce to perhaps 2 times per week. That we was told from administration that my hours wouldn't be cut once the pair came in. I have now been there happening couple of years never called off usually worked actually on my nights down, went in once they was brief employees. Additionally they'd workers quit and rehired back plus they obtain hours, I myself dont believe is reasonable. I've been a faithful worker and that I believe Im being handled unjust because the pair arrived in, I actually do have expenses to pay for cant pay expenses on 1-2 times per week. I actually do like employed by best american, the supervisors are great people I simply believe what their performing to me now's unjust after I've assisted them once they was in chaos I quit my time for you to assist them out, I dont wish to stop or search for additional function I love where im at today but simply need somebody also consider this for me personally, not seeking to trigger any problems would like to be handled reasonable and obtain my hours back.
