The time reductions at cvs have gotten absurd.
Initially my store went from being twenty four hours to becoming an 8am-10pm shop. We dropped two of our greatest workers, since we'd to reduce hours. Me and two additional workers will have to work on two distinct shops to obtain our hours so we are able to endure. Then simply earlier this week our DM informs us we've to reduce hours again just because a few shops went around on paycheck hours, and we've to pay for them back. Therefore today we not just need to endure for different ppls errors, but position people will have to determine if you want to pay lease or maintain our insurance.in one single situation a fellow worker was informed she was not full-time anymore plus they are currently likely to shed their advantages. Our shops are searching terrible since no body has time for you to do something about this, a lot of shops are behind on planograms, once more virtually no time to complete these. Most people are at eachothers throats today since we're all stressed. Even while our employers as well as their employers are driving our bottoms. Customer support and comfort went way along.
