Hi! Me again, I observe this occurring period and time again... Part time employees, operating 40 hours, but that aren't full-timers and therefore are informed THEY ARE ABLE TO NOT get full-time... I UNDERSTAND, from seeing this in stores. You will find part time employees who've been with this organization for several years who would like full-time, do not get it, but are becoming 40 hours every additional week... Exactly Why Is that? I have actually seen tales from the handful of workers, deptment supervisors informing a component timer they've full-time WHILE IT WAS A REST... They simply had 40 hours, however it was not within the system like a regular worker... Facts. What's happening??? Publix could be a better place to work, or, not really a better place due to you (administrators)... Mr. George would not have let this happen...
