My advice to everyone is file a complaint with Florida consumer services. I had already signed all the paperwork - paid for the trip in full, when I discovered all the problems other people have had with RPR. I filed a complaint with the State. I simply faxed them my credit card statements. A few weeks later I got a full refund. I did not even have to deal with RPR Staff. The State of Florida took care of everything.
There are great people.
So file a compliant - you WILL get your money back.
