Even though I booked months in advance, I was switched to an inferior unit 2 days before I flew out with my family.instead of a pristine unit in Shorewalk, Bradenton, I was given a dated uncared for unit that the owner had been trying to unload.
The dishwasher was orgininal - 20 years, and did not work. The phone and internet had been disconnected. There was obvious rust and mould in the shower area. The exhaust fan hung from the ceiling.
Worst of all, A Paradise Vacation Rentals did nothing to fix these faults during my stay, and would not re-imburse me for out of pocket expenses, or poor service.
