This company is not up-front about their availability of tickets. They'll let you make all the reservations you want, even letting you pay via PayPal for the tickets, but they don't always have the availability for the tickets. They do have a small warning that tickets are not guaranteed but it is buried in the "confirmation" email which you generally receive after you have already gone through the weblinks to pay for the ticket. The manager was rude and unhelpful and only after I threatened to call the authorities and cause a scene did he agree to sit down and issue a refund and provide proof of said refund.
