I ordered a bag from Gilt w / overnight shipping. I put 2 addresses for shipping and billing but when I submitted my order the shipping address was deleted and my package was sent to the billing address. I called the day of the purchase and was told they couldn't do anything till the next morning. Nothing was done. When I called that day they said the package had already been delivered to the billing address. It is an outdoor apartment complex and the package was just left out by the front door. It is outrageous that Gilt doesn't require a signature for have some sort of insurance for their UPS shipping.

When I called that day they said they would call UPS to pick it back up and mail it to the correct address. They gave me a tracking number, told me to call back in a day and half. The tracking number only says that its been created, no actual status of a package. When I called today, they said to call back even later. They also said I probably won't get a refund because it isn't their fault.

None of their customer service reps have been interested in finding a solution, rather telling me how they can't really do anything and getting me off the phone as soon as possible. Its extremely disappointing dealing with their customer service department and I have paid for a product I haven't even received. I will be making a point to steer people away from Gilt.
