The worst shopping experience. Ordered a crib for my baby (due on Dec 10th) on Oct 30, and today is 12/04, the crib is still not delivered. Call Gilt twice, delivery company twice, get no straight answer when it will be done. Apparently, the crib is not out of the factory yet, it's back order.in another word, it's not even made yet. GILT reps asked me to be patient. Maybe GILT should ask my baby to be patient instead and don't come out by her due date. She can wait until next year to be delivered once the crib is made and delivered. Horrible experience and the worst customer service consumers could hope for. Lucky me and my baby!
