They informed me that I had to book on their website and they would follow up with a phone call.
Like an idiot I went to their site and requested a quote and provided my credit card number.
I called back to verify that they received my info to give me a quote and they told me their computers were down and someone would call me back.
I called a competitor Daimond Limousines, which for now on, will be my limo service of choice.
They provided me a much more reasonable rate and they did not require my credit card information to book. Its pay at the door.
I called A family to cancel and they told me that it would be a 25% cancellation fee because its less than 72 hours.
I told them I was waiting for a follow up call and that I was not booking their services.
This ass said that I filled out the form and all the fine print said I was booking them and they would not withdraw the 25% fee.
I told the scumbag to keep their lousy 25% and I will never use their services ever again.
