I attempted to guide 2 individual travel packages through Save on Hotels. They advertized them for $399.00 per pair. After I offered them a charge card, they returned and explained they couldn't guide people (2 individual partners) for that cost. They stated that they might guide one pair for $399.00 and also the minute pair could be more than $ 1,200.00
I told them to ignore it.
In Regards to A week later they created an unauthorized cost towards the charge card I supplied them for $89.00
After I approached them, they explained that it had been a termination charge. After I described that I never had a reservation simply because they couldn't support 2 partners in the advertized value, the broker explained that I had a need to consult with the supervisor (Diane) to solve the problem.
For all times I attempted to achieve Diane and quit many communications on her to contact me back. She never did.
Ultimately I got to consult with Jerry who stated to even be a supervisor.
He was quite rude and declined to return the charge, exclaiming that I ended my holiday. I discussed that I had been never reserved and didn't obtain any final confirmations.
Regardless, he insisted that I did so and declined to supply a return. After I told him that I'd contact the BBB and article online about their methods, Jerry hung-up on me.
