Corporate Travel Gifts who represents themselves as a wholesale travel broker who works with the major airlines and resort chains. What they do is charge in advance for a travel package and then send you a voucher that requires sending money to a less than reputable vacation "get away" co. You've seen these voucher deals before, people offer them when you purchase goods or services or attend time share presentations. Corporate Travel Gifts says they will replace your voucher with one of equal value if you're not happy but that simply is not the case. Once you're committed to them you're stuck and now at the mercy of one of these "time share" travel providers.
My voucher was from a company called PTS Incentives in Tampa. I was totally schocked when I followed the on-line complaints against them but Corporate Travel Gifts insisted that there were no issues with this PTS co. They offered a lesser package in return which was unacceptable. The reason they claim was that they had already prepaid for my travel package with PTS Incentives. What was odd was after saying that they offered me the less valuable package through a different provider. I'm sure it's all one company that sends out these vouchers and then makes you jump through a number of hoops like sending money orders and waiting 2 months for a response to arrange travel.
