I recently bought passes through Cheapoair.com. This is exactly what their site stated:

What it did not state, is the fact that trip cancellation is just protected under medical problems. I've bought insurance through delta, aa, airtran, sw atmosphere, and not had an issue. And of course, insurance through the majority of these is $15 to $20, I paid $30 for insurance through cheapoair.com and got less protection. While I named them to talk about it, cheapoair attributed it all-on the "third party insurance" I am here to inform you that should you market an item, you've some responsibility for it.in my experience this really is bogus marketing, along with a really questionable business training. I've submitted grievances using the BBB.org, and also the Federal Trade Commission. I really hope you need to do exactly the same together with your grievances.
