The Fam Connection
They charged my card but never sent a password and refused to answer any voicemail messages or emails

I signed up for their online service which is supposed to provide a listing of discounts available to travel industy professionals. The website indicates that they will email you a password within 24 hours. They charged my card 1 week later, but never sent me my password. I have called and emailed multiple times but they have never responded.

Do not use this service. They stole my money an never provided any service.
