This is the worst experience that I have ever had in my 49 years on this earth. This is the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. Full of mold... Dirt... Flies... And run by the worst business owners i have ever dealt with. Please if any of you out there are planning on going to ocean city md do not stay at this place. It is filthy right down to the milk colored pool water they have. If you have any respiratory issues you could die. I don't suffer from any underlying issues... But I am suffering from something now. It started about the 2nd day... We blamed it on the ocean air... 3 of us can't talk now and the 4th night i woke up in the middle of the night and wasn't able to catch my breath. My friends who stayed with me got me to calm down to where i could breath a little and i told them if this doesn't go away in a minute to please call 911. They would have to use their cell phones because the ones in the room don't work. Found that out the 1st day when we tried to get some things done with the room. Figured it would get fixed because they never informed us it didn't work until we walked to 10th st. To i guess main office and was told that lightning hit switchboard... I figured being a business owner myself that verizon or whomever their carrier is would have it up in hours... Like our business. Not. If you would like to see what we endured for 4 nights and 5 days I took pics. Showed them to management and you can check it out also... He said to me why didn't we tell them... I am supposed to spend my whole vacation telling you how to run your business everyday was my remark to him. I even informed him that i watched 3 separate customers check in and out of the room next to us and bed clothing or vacuuming never took place. We at that time figured out why our beds felt sandy and the bed my 2 friends slept in found a fingernail... At this time now I am seriously ill to my stomach thinking that we have been sleeping were who knows how many other people have been. I took pictures of the room I wish I had of video taped what I seen the last day when we were packing up to leave. The other days we were at the beach when folks moved in and out. This is dangerous and they should not be in business. If I can save 1 family from this and perhaps a life... Then my shortened version of our stay at the Admiral Hotel will pay off. The Health department needs to go there and start with room 119.
