This company is a fraud, once you booked anything, Your money is gone. I booked a 2nights hotel room through them in total $184.10. I call them for cancellation a month in advance but They told me I can't get my money, they have to charge $50 cancellation fee and the rest balance will serve as credits. I called to book another room but they told me the company I paid for went bankruptcy. Basically I lost all my money, and the company still active to cheat on people. Tripres.com is a fraud!!!
