We stayed here on a trip from MN to CO, which we drive frequently. This place seemed the cleanest and cheapest of the 5 hotels within 1 mile of each other.
Upon getting into our room, it smelled of cigarettes, which we notified the front desk of BUT did not request a new room. They said we wouldn't be charged.
A week later I realize an extra $100 charge on my credit card for smoking, which I called about and was told tough luck by an employee. I called my card company and they flipped the charge for a while, but while investigating the incident, they said the hotel told them they found cigarette butts and ashes in the room. The only way this is possible is if they failed to clean the room properly from the people before me, as I do not smoke. I have since filed with the BBB and contacted Wydam corporate, to no avail. Avoid the Oacoma SD HOJO at all costs, they ripped me off big time and are extremely unprofessional and uneducated.
