Taking advantage on out of country passengers Internet

After paying for a round trip fare and having to come home early because of a family emergency, was charged 800.00 usd more. From auckland n.Z.
Any way you look at it stealing is the only name for it.
Noone will talk to you about it now, if theif is their way of making money, never fly new zealand air.
