Fraud, lies, scam artists

Below will be the wording of a contact that includes my grievances from this organization:

Innovative Holiday Options

777 South Flagler Drive, Suite 800

West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Interest: Scott Kirk

Dear Mr. Kirk:

I'm hereby requesting my $1,287.00 back on agreement #CV71480 and my $1,287.00 again on contract #CV72969. I need that you simply return my $2,574.00 for that above two agreements. A few of the factors are given below:

Regarding Agreement CV71480

1. Mr. Tony Schultz of CVS, lied in my experience for that single reason for acquiring upfront cash from my charge card and not had any purpose of promoting my timeshare.

2. Mr. Schultz of CVS required cash out-of my charge card bill before I'd actually obtained the contract and also the info I had been informed by Mr. Schultz isn't just like what's within the agreement. I had been informed when the present presents didn't shut inside the 120-day period of time he stated it usually takes to shut the deal– I'd get my cash back. I had been also informed when the offer shut – I'd still get my cash back.

3. Mr. Schultz of CVS required cash from us fraudulently.

4. CVS didn't surpass the claims which were designed to us concerning the purchase of my timeshare.

5. CVS didn't supply me with any evidence that there actually were any presents, particularly the present within the selection of $39,800 that Mr. Schultz stated he currently had and "required my in advance charge for before he might approach them."

6. Mr. Schultz of CVS deliberately recommended the cost of my timeshare be-at an unlikely high-price to ensure that easily or another organization offered it, CVS understood that no presents might are available in inside the 20% unique listing cost hence removing their responsibility to return my in advance charge.

7. I'd like copies of supposed presents and counter-offers offered on my timeshare such as the present mentioned previously that Mr. Schultz stated he currently had and used-to lure and attract me into using the services of CVS.

8. I also need the originals of every expenses that as Mr. Schultz mentioned "CVS needed to utilize my $1,287.00 for just before having the ability to approach any offers for that purchase of my timeshare", including although not restricted to cleaning the Action, name searches and other things which was presumably taken care of by my $1,287.00. If, as your team has repeatedly explained, that "it's required legally in California this needs to be achieved in advance" then all that paperwork goes to me and that I want to buy.

9. Mr. Schultz of CVS fraudulently acquired my $1,287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS extended these deceptive, dishonest and illegal methods through the supposed revenue finalization procedure for that we never noticed any presents.

Regarding Contract CV72969

1. Christina of CVS, lied in my experience for that single reason for acquiring upfront cash from my charge card and not had any purpose of promoting my timeshare.

2. Christina of CVS required cash out-of my charge card bill before I'd actually acquired the agreement. The info I obtained from Christina verbally isn't just like what's within the agreement. I had been informed that my timeshare was offered at $39,800.00. (Basically it had been offered without any present actually being offered in my experience for approval. I advised Christina the quantity was appropriate in my experience and also to go right ahead and procedure the purchase.) Christina of CVS also fraudulently educated me that there have been two reward months the customer was prepared to hire at $3,000.00 each to get a whole of $6,000.00. All I had a need to do was approach a deal for $1,287.00 to protect the record price. (What record price??? There is never any have to listing the rental!!!) She continued to see me the customer could be spending the charge for this agreement combined with the charge for that additional agreement at final.

3. Christina of CVS required cash from us fraudulently.

4. CVS didn't surpass the claims you created concerning the rental or purchase of my timeshare.

5. CVS didn't supply me with any evidence that there actually were any presents, particularly the present within the selection of $39,800 that Christina stated it offered for and "required my upfront charge for before she might approach them." Christina also didn't supply me with any evidence that any months were actually hired by any customer.

6. I'd like copies of supposed presents and counter-offers offered on my timeshare including:

A. The present mentioned previously that Mr. Schultz stated he currently had and used-to lure and attract me into using the services of CVS

W. The present mentioned previously that Christina stated she previously had.

C. The rental contract authorized from the customer for that rental of two reward months at $3,000 to get a whole of $6,000.00 described in my experience by Christina with the objective of extorting another, 287.00.

7. I also need the originals of every expenses that as Christina mentioned "CVS needed to utilize my $1,287.00 for just before having the ability to approach any offers for that purchase of my timeshare", including although not restricted to cleaning the Action, name searches and other things which was presumably taken care of by my $1,287.00. 8. Christina of CVS fraudulently acquired my $1,287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS extended these deceptive, dishonest and illegal methods through the supposed revenue finalization procedure for that we never noticed any presents.

Return my, 574.00 now!

Charles D
