John Lupoli called regarding Timeshare resale. He explained BML Advertising Co. Was much better than regular Timeshare resale organization. He guaranteed an ad on 6 the web sites, revenue advertisements posted to over 1200 research machines. He also stated the home could be promoted through targeted visitors and promotional displays. 24 hours later 10/30 he sent the charge card bill and agreement that I had been designed to signal and go back to him. The bill was from Timeshare Options for revenue advertisements with 3 webpages. It had been from the organization (Timeshare Options) that I'd never heard about and never for what we mentioned. Producing your sales hype under one organization title and payment under another isn't right. He also forgot to say the various BBB issues (44 today) against his organization. I
Instantly sent him again (10/30) and informed him to change the charge card deal which used to do not need to cope with this kind of illegal organization. I submitted a problem using the BBB and master card, but he declined to return the $450.00 he fraudulently billed against my card. Used to do not accept anything being billed by Timeshare Options, used to do not accept 3 webpages in the place of 6 the web sites, I terminated 10/30 before agreement was actually authorized
And just before any webpages were created. Our info was obtained under deceptive conditions and providers weren't supplied. The net site linkis was delivered to me on 11/09. The websites weren't easy to use and difficult to change through. Photocopies of of the net pages were delivered USPS later, but since I have had required anything be terminated on 10/30 I regarded them to become unwanted email and didn't return them. They've cheated enough money from me. Why must I spend more income on shipping to deliver copies back again to them?
