Important Update: I received a call this evening from Globester, and am now convinced they did the right thing, although I was not aware. Not sure why I didn't receive the email, but Globester actually went beyond the call to help me with seating for my international flight. Not only did they "do the right thing", but the boss called to do the follow up personally, and I owe him an apology, and am happy to add my positive endorsement. My own business is all about customer service, and I can say, based on my experience with Globester, that Globester is a good destination
