Globester Consumer complaint - Globester Airline ticket

I booked a round trip flight from LaGuardia to Myrtle Beach back in late January through Globester. Upon booking, I received an email saying I was successfully booked. The email also asked me to call the Globester customer service number and confirm over the phone my booking. I was puzzled why I had to call to confirm after already receiving and email saying I was confirmed, but I did it anyway. When the "customer service representative" answered it sounded like she as in her kitchen and there were babies crying in the background. I was told by the woman, I was confirmed. Over the next few weeks I received numerous emails about my successful booking and my itinerary.
On the morning of the flight I called the airlines (Spirit) to check in and they had no record of my reservation. Through research they saw it was cancelled by someone named Mr. Ricky at Globester on Janueary 29th. Remember, I had received emails after that date confirming my booking and itinerary.
I called Globester immediately. They said no, I was confirmed. I called back Spirit, they said no, I was not confirmed, my reservation was cancelled again by a Mr. Ricky 10 minutes ago. I called Globester back again on a land line, and had Spirit in my other ear on my cell. Globester said they cancelled my flight because my cell phone # wasn't correct, but they had my email and after booking, sent me 3 emails with itineraries and confirmation. They never emailed me there was some sort of problem, in fact when I called them 3 times they said I was confirmed all 3 times including the morning of the flight! And oh by the way, every time I called back I got the same "customer service representative." what's the chances of that? 1 person in an apartment in India, with a crying baby in the background and her husband acting as the "manager!" After 2 hours on the phone, they said reimbursed my $322 airfare, but then I was forced to buy a last minute plane ticket to Myrtle Beach which was just over $200 more on top of the $322. I wanted Globester to pay the extra $200. They wouldn't, but they did say they would give me a $25 discount on my next flight booked through them, which is laughable on so many fronts. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY, if you could call it that. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Last thing, they charged me a $15 agent fee to my credit card! Funny, yet sad there are incompetent scammers out there like this!
