I would like to mention the gentleman who said we quoted 660.00 for a change to his reservation did call us. However, he gave us dates he wanted to change his existing reservation to with only a 7 day advance purchase, he wanted an earlier time on May 28 with a return on Jun 1. We did quote the new fare of 639.00 with his original ticket of 414.00 leaves a fare difference of 225.00 plus the 100.00 to change, total was 325.00. But what he didn't mention in his complaint is that he booked with the airline but gave them totally different dates, he never changed his outbound time on May 28, and chose to fly home on May 31, just later in the day. So, if you are going to post comments such as this, in our defense it would be nice to provide all the details, and why you only had to pay 134.00. He bought a new oneway ticket home!
