I found an air ticket reservation on their web-site and booked it. It was actually a published fare, available from an airline directly, but I did not want to deal with the airline myself.
Next day, OneTravel sent me an email saying my credit card cannot be validated, and suggested that I call them. I first called Amex, and checked that the credit card was fine. Then I called them and stayed on hold for about 50 minutes (!!!). After that, the customer service representative told me that the fare had gone up $300! She did not even mention any credit card validation problems.
I called the airline, and learned that the fare did not change, and was much lower than OneTravel asked for the ticket. It proves that the whole story with credit card validation was made up by OneTravel to make me call them, so they could lie to me again about changed fare and ask for a much higher price.
I asked OneTravel for an explanation, and they only replied that "fares may change throughout the day". Basically, they change fares however they like. I do not recommend using this travel agency, although you can use their web-site to find the flights that you need.
