I slept as of this institution on 2/13 to celebrate Valentines Day. With-within the areas I'd flower petals, candles and incense. You will find no-smoking signs submitted all over the service and result info if there is smoking within the space. Therefore by understanding these details my attitude currently is that has $250 to waste and so I would not actually consider the chance.
There is evidently ashes along with a cigar present in the areas ice container. There have been just two people within the space the entire evening (we came @ night).
Originally I had been suspicious about illumination the incense due to the smoking and due to the ashes but required an opportunity anyhow. 24 hours later a telephone call was obtained declaring that there is a $250 good positioned on the area simply because they had proof of smoking. Neither I or my spouse smoking, therefore apart from the ashes in the incense this left me upset.
Being in a management place myself, I am aware how many people rest and fabricate tales to obtain out-of things-but that's not or actually has it been my design. I had been not arguing the truth that they'd discovered something, I had been simply looking to get an awareness of wherever it originated from.
I called and requested to talk to the supervisor. Her title is Erica and he or she talked in my experience within the many degrating, depliciting, low-managing type. She mocked me and created lighting of the problem. She held talking about the problem and stating that I (as though she understood it was me) was smoking and he or she had the evidence of it.
She wasn't open of me whilst the client, and he or she wasn't attempting to pay attention to what my issues were when it comes to this issue. She stated that she couldn't consider my term over her teamis and he or she really chuckled at me for discussing the very fact. She handled me like I had been a liar from the beginning and he or she extended to laugh at me and keep in touch with me in a rude way. It was never a problem about spending the $250, if it's to become compensated it's to become compensated I am aware that its all-business.
It had been only the truth that she was rude, and unpleasant and didn't display good managerial traits. She's dropped me like a future client and some of my children memebers as potential prospects within the forseeable future. I also work with a lucrative institution that store several meetings and use several visitor offshore, consequently I'll not set it-up for almost any of my customers to remain in a Marriott service within the forseeable future aswell. I am aware that people work-in two completely different job areas but I'd never talk to or fake some of my customers the way in which Erica talked to and mocked me. With supervisors such as this I don't reccommend one to remain as of this service.
