Poor customer service and billing

I had been touring through AL and ceased as of this hotel. I liked the pc within the Reception except they'd no-light from the pc and also you could not view it during the night. Despite me voicing a criticism nothing altered (they'd a lighting however it did not work).

Using The space got free breakfast and I noticed the team creating a remark how they wanted the visitor might stop consuming the breakfast simply because they need to maintain placing it out plus they did not wish to accomplish that. Then why have free breakfast if team is also lazy to complete their work.

I also noticed 2 workers create the declaration they hated their careers due to a few of the visitors that stay there. Then why do not they quit. With no visitor they'd don't have any work.

I kept 1 evening within the space. Upon checkout I questioned them three times to get a bill for my space and that I was informed each time they had no creditcardnumber or cost data within the system-so there could be free. Three times I had been told this. Within twenty four hours my charge card have been billed for that remain ($130). Used to donot mind spending money on my space since the space really was good however itis the truth that I had been informed there could be no charge. Not when not twice but three times.

The share was shut for fix (summer season). Team was only really rude. When I requested for instructions they got annoyed simply because they needed to help me. I expected for issues I forgot like wash. I had been informed they'd take it along. 5 hours later I went and first got it after which I'd to hold back for a couple moments while they discovered some. Why do they've indicators within the space that claims to request them when they do not wish to have to obtain it.

Not just did they make certain the visitor noticed they weren't designed to consume the breakfast but additionally they wanted some people wouldn't remain there. They just need visitor evidently who they do not need to observe, keep in touch with or help in any means.

Days inn was previously an excellent spot to remain however now many of them are possessed by visitors who donot worry about their resorts or their visitors.

Days Inn has truly fallen through the years in client satisfaction.

It's in a great area and all-but be careful with remaining here. When you have your dog there's a large charge attached. I had something puppy with physician documents and that I was billed a dog charge of $50. They reported after I had him with me within the reception. He's something dog. And I'd to depart him within the space.
