They ripped us down and wont provide us our money-back?!

We're respected individuals, I am a Marketing Director to get a website design organization in Portland Oregon, my cousin is just a lawyer in Newport Beach Florida and our mom possesses her very own pre school in Beaverton Oregon. We're clear, pleasant individuals who travel a great deal - however simply needed a very weekend in the coastline. We'd NOT suggest this Motel due to the fact of the team. The breakfast was tasty, the area was clear (but unattractive, it had been the Beach Beach space - appears better online!), and it was good to become directly on the beach. But please read below:

- the primary issue using the resort is the fact that we were over-charged for the stay. Whenever we attempted to describe it the woman informed us that individuals were threatening her, intimidating her, bothering her, etc. We weren't, we merely questioned why we were spending so much to get a stay which should have cost $349 (two evenings plus additional people). We reckon that duty could be about $30 - Whole about $349. We'd prepaid one-night at $139, had something special card for $200 and had settled $51 after our first evening (my mother has storage issues and does not remember what it was for. Whenever we questioned what's was for, we were informed we were threatening and not got a solution. We didn't purchase food, space function, films, etc.). Mother believed it could have now been for that extra-person cost. Your statement was $349, we'd paid $390. The excessively rude assistant was yelling at me, my cousin and Mother. We attempted to consult her what additional costs there have been that will create our statement significantly more than $349, and there have been none. Whenever we requested for the money-back she'd begin informing us that people were impolite, threatening, etc. And might leave back to your kitchen yelling "Jesus Christ". Flat-out, we settled significantly more than we ought to have. The assistant decided, however wouldn't provide us our cash back. Three nights later we're still looking to get your hands on the Motel operator for the reimbursement.

- Assistant did all the above before additional Motel friends. Could you think that?

- The room we remained in was ok, nothing breathtaking - but when we were to come back (which we wont) we'd pick a unique space.

- Attempted to cost us for that breakfast the very first day, did not actually request if we were remaining in their home, simply offered us the statement. We lay for half an hour being unsure of how to proceed, then questioned if we're able to place this on our space bill - that will be once they recognized we were staying there. Iam unsure about you - nevertheless when I observe 3 people in pajamas at my sleep & breakfast I'd suppose these were remaining... And of course our 2 space secrets up for grabs (they've cool key-chains which are unique)

- Minute evening people upstairs were fighting and stomping around. While I went upstairs to keep these things very along I noticed the things they were shouting "You (place profanity) toss that absent I Will (place profanity) destroy you." At this time I determined that I'd not keep these things be very - instead escape to the space and endure it...

- Did I note they ripped us down and wont provide us our money-back?
