Statement of Problem
Priceline.com issued e-tickets for two which were outside the window of when we could depart for a vacation to Las Vegas.
When notified about the problem Priceline.com staff politely told us that they were not authorized to make any changes and would not make any changes.
Bottom Line
After several polite emails they blocked us from further communication with them. We in turn contacted our credit union to have the billing entered into dispute resolution.
We are in the process of looking for other airline tickets because the ones we have from Priceline place us in Las Vegas too late to obtain our condo unit.
Opinion of Priceline
Tickets they sold us were for a midnight flight no one wants and they probably got at a large discount. Consumer relations staff are inflexible, have canned responses and are unwilling to assist customers no matter what. It appears that they actually enjoy seeing their customers antagonized by their poor service.
