Excellent service, help me save hundreds of $'s on international roaming, your customer service rep, Kerry was extremely helpful to me and my Mother. I ordered a SIM card for my mother who is in France and Kerry took care of everything quickly and efficiently. My Mom received the card within 3 days. Unfortunately it wasn't working at first and Kerry fixed the problem with the Orange network and it is working great now. I also spoke to another gentleman who was helpful.
I want you to know that Kerry is an exceptional employee who is very professional and gives great customer service!
