Certs, Inc. Has cheated me out-of $498. On June 27 7:45 pm I joined a period share demonstration for Elegant Palm Holiday (AKA: World Holidays) by which I had been guaranteed a Sail from Bayonne, NJ. To Bermuda for both my spouse and that I. Certs, Inc. Required $249 per individual for interface costs, Taxes and Costs. I sent complete cost of $498.00 by postal money order on 8/4/08. The anticipated sailing times guaranteed were for that subsequent year last year. After waiting annually for this long-awaited and far desired holiday we were informed by email 30 days before the journey that it had been terminated! Both choices directed at us were to select another sailing day 12 months absent this year or obtain a return. Obviously we wanted a return. We closed the necessary type and posted by registered email to Certs, Inc. At 424 East Central Blvd. #413 Orlando, FL 32801 on 09/17/09. I had been informed it'd consider four weeks to get a return. I've been waiting since for my reimbursement! I should have named Cert, Inc. At telephone number 866-292-0099 more than 60 occasions and all I get is just a saving. No body actually accumulates and you will not abandon a note either. The saving teaches one to deliver your concerns by mail and that I did that aswell many times without any reaction. It's today 1/12/10 and we've yet to get our reimbursement or any communication from Certs, Inc. I've anything recorded. The corporation has cheated lots of people out-of their hard earned cash and it is not till all of US document our grievances using the attorney-generals office and begin a-class action suit that people may we actually discover our discounts! What troubles me probably the most is the fact that Certs, inc is gathering fees for these cruises and never distributing the fees making that the national offense!
