Signed up for the vacation, called hotels, and cruise line to
verify the validity of the company. Got to Florida, went to pick up our "pre-paid" rental car, (we had even paid for an upgrade), Was told there was no car available, was sent to another car rental company and had to pay for 10 days worth of rental for which we were never reimbursed.
I tried for months, contacting vacation escapes and was given the run around time and time again and have
never received re-embursement - over $700.00!
