We received a letter in Late October Saying free loan modification. So we responded did to the letter and spoke to a Matt Green and he told me that I was guarantee to get help because I was going to get set up with HUD we paid our fee in October of $995. I can't get return calls from Matt or from anybody in the company and don't know what is going on with our loan and about to loose our home in all because of what they said they would do they have terrible customer service. If I knew that we were not gonna have attention paid to us and our home and money I would have never paid the fee. The confusion and stress and unresolved feeling of no contact from this office and was told by Matt Green that our loan modification was all ready a guarantee. This company is a scam and so is the gentleman named Matt Green
