I found a $7.00 charge on my bank statement that I couldn't identify so I started searching for WLI reservation rewards on google. I found many similar reports. I called the number mentioned by several consumers 1-888-688-5995 and got a long menu of choices.
I chose to go to their website www.reservationrewards.com I didn't recognize the site as one I have used but I signed in anyway to find out what my password was. It was something that I would never had thought up because it was too hard to remember. Their member "profile" on me only had my address. The site had a cancel membership option which I chose and supposedly they will send me a $7.00 refund.
I think they are counting on a lot of people not carefully checking their credit card or bank statements. I will let you know if I get my refund. I love to shop online. I hope this is not a trend but I will keep my eyes open!
