(NGT) Rude Customer Service abused & mistreated

On July 7th Myself and my family traveled with NGT to a local Indian Casino. I had called NGT a week earlier to reserve 3 seats on their bus. The women said if you don't make in this week to pay for the seats just pay the driver. I was told my seat #'s would be 19,20, and 24. The trip began in Hayward with stops in San Lorenzo and Oakland.

When we got to Oakland a lady claimed that my wife had her seat. At this point an arguement took place, finally the lady found another seat and sat down. This morning July 8th I called NGT's Hayward office, and spoke to a man I gave him my name and told him what had happened in Oakland and simply asked him to look up in the reservation book to confirm that we had those seat #'s. He never did instead,

He placed me on hold and a rude lady came on the line and asked me what the problem was. She began to raise her voice for no reason and said why are we complaining. I told her that I just wanted to know why someone else had the same seat as my wife. She continued yelling and HUNG UP!!!

Also the bus driver was rude as well, and broke many traffic laws along the way. He ran 2 red lights, he was tail gating cars, speeding, and blowing the horn at people to get out of the way.

I and my family will never travel with this company again.
They need to improve their customer service. They need to listen to the customers and not hang up on them.
