I had ordered my tickets online through this company and went with them, because they were the cheapest fare around.
I went ahead and booked my tickets to lock in my airfare quote.
From the time of my booking, I was to leave Hawaii in 2 weeks to go to Japan. I called the company to ask if my tickets would get to my home on time. They assured me that it would, and that they would send it Airborne Express. I did not recieve my tickets till that day I was supposed to leave. My flight was to leave at 8:47 A.M. I recieved the tickets at 12:28 p. M, at which I refused delivery, because as you can see, I had already missed my flight.
I called the company numerous times, and spoke to Julian and Mable. They keep giving me the run around, keep telling me that the tickets arrived at my home 3 days before it actually came. I have a copy of my Airborne Express Tracking Number. It states clearly on what day the tickets arrived at my home and the time I refused delivery.
Luckily, I printed it out for my records. I faxed them a copy of my tracking results 2 times, and they still insist that the tickets arrived at my home 3 days earlier.
I've been calling the company over a month now, and still trying to get them to refund my credit card. Nothing has been done about it and I'm really frustrated.
I got ripped off $744.98.
Beware of this COMPANY!!! They don't do anything, no matter how much times you talk to them. I even had to threathen them about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Hopefully, I can still get my money back. I will keep calling them everyday if I have to. That's a $744.98 loss, that I am not willing to accept.
