This company made promises to outside agents they never intended to keep.

Until 2001 they did pay commissions on outside agents' sales. Since 2001 they have paid no commissions despite many phony promises.

Efforts to contact them, in most cases, were futile as they didn't return calls or respond to e-mails. They owe many of us commissions in the hundreds of dollars.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office, who contacted Travelbridge. They received a letter from an attorney who stated that they "are working on the commisson situation and have contaced the member regarding commission payments" Another lie!

I have heard nothing from Travelbridge as of today 7/6/03. Attorney General's office says that if they receive more complaints, they will pursue this further. Contact: State of Arizona, Attorney General's Office 602-542-8312-Pam Crabtree.
