This company is a SCAM and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I ordered my nightclub tickets to enjoy a nice time in Las Vegas in 2 weeks time (plenty of time or so I thought), I gave the company (which is really one guy, since hes the only one who answers the phone EVERYTIME I called) my paypal and ordered the tickets on a Sat. We arrived in Vegas the next Mon, I called MGR on Tues to see if the tickets had arrived yet since we were leaving on Sat and wanted to get to use the tickets since they were only valid in Vegas night clubs. They were supposed to be sent to our hotel, not our home since I dont live in Vegas. He told me they were on their way in transit. Checked the front desk. Nothing. I called this MGR man again Wed, thurs and friday... He said they're still in transit... At this point he calls me the last day were there on Sat as were getting onto the plane to leave and mentions that my tickets have arrived at my hotel. I now have no way to use them since I'm already on the plane leaving. He tells me he will refund me my money as soon as the hotel sends back the tickets to him. 2 weeks later the hotel manager confirms the tickets were sent back to him in TX but didnt think to get a tracking #. MGR says he still hasnt recieved the tickets so no refund and even though it's a 1800 # he tells me all calls are fowarded to his cell and he's not at his office at 2pm on a weekday, he'll have his accounting dept call me tomorrow but never does. This goes on for 6 weeks until I talk to paypal and they tell me they cant refund me the $ because I dont have a tracking # proving the tickets were sent back to him. MGR starts ignoring my calls, sends me to vmail and no response on email. I started calling this so called company twice a day to see what was going on with my refund. No response. Finally after 2 months of waiting for my money back my bank was able to refund it to me. Don't buy tickets from this company - it's a scam. IT'S ONE MAN RUNNING A FRAUD COMPANY FROM HIS CELL PHONE, HIS 'OFFICE' IS RAN OUT OF HIS BEDROOM AND HE DOESN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNTING DEPT!
I should have been enjoying Vegas and the nightclubs not worrying everyday if my tickets have arrived when he sent them out too late in the 1st place. It shouldn't take 3 weeks for something to be sent a few states away! If you do buy from this man give it a months notice!!!
