About a year ago, myself, as well as several others worked for the said travel agency above. Every day we were subject to a husband/wife team that owned the company treating the employees in a hostile manner, including but not limited to throwing objects, slamming doors to the point of things breaking, as well as verbal and physical abuse between the two of them.
We were unfairly compensated and on several occasions never even paid for the many hours of hard work that we put in.
The company tried to partner with a couple of employees and con them into buying into this business. After much research, it was discovered that this company had hundreds of thousands of lawsuits against them. They were taking phone calls for airline tickets and charging hundreds of credit cards for international airfare that never even was to be used.
To date, this business is still running and still trying to sell the company to some poor willing fool that will take on their debts and legal problems, and they are still treating their employees awfully.
To any of you that use a travel agency when planning your vacation, I am sending this out as a warning to you. Please DO NOT give your business to The Travel Store. You are only feeding their warped cause and values. They are not worthy of your business!!!
