Working for this company requires employees to travel to clients which are usually out of state. The employee, if tranporting other employees, can use their own vehicle and be compensated $350 per month. If you travel 6000-7000 miles this is a losing proposition and is not fair compensation. The other option is a rental car. The company pays half the rental and the remainder is divided and pain for by the employees using the car! These jobs only pay 7.50 - 8.50 an hour. Travel time is not paid unless it is over 12 hours (one-way) and is only paid one-way NOT round trip. Is this legal?
