This is actually the very first time i've cruised about the carnival point and that i was offended at what happened
We embarked on 9/5 from nyc. We went directly to the cabin quantity 8235 which we reserved over six months before. The cabin was good and large (the main reason it was reserved was because of the size and place!) there is a smell within the cottage but we ignored it.
The smell turned completely incredible and neauseated me to the stage to be physically ill and vomiting! I really could not eat and went to the medical office (our complaints and issues are documented about the vessel research number 834008126a.)
From the third evening i had been so sleep-deprived whilst the odor was so powerful that (we actually attempted resting to the porch!) we left the cabin door open in addition to the balcony door to air out the cottage. I had been a complete clutter, our clothing was broken with the odor in addition to the blankets, cushions, actually my hair and skin reeked of the horendous odor
We reported numerous times and had a lot of your people upto the cottage. They might smell the smell; nevertheless, they didn't know how to proceed about this

We ultimately were place in another cottage (8267) that was ½ how big what we booked and paidfor. The vessel offered us $300 space credit for the distress which wasn't whatsoever appropriate! We'd to pack everything up and move it right in the centre of the sail that was another dissappointment and distress in addition to the downgrade of our cottage! By now our whole sail was destroyed in addition to my mental and physical condition
Your cruise was destroyed, i'm still struggling with neausea and also the smell continues to be apprarent in my own house now despite cleaning all our apparel
I anticipate reimbursement for the holiday because it was hardly a holiday but more a torturous and harmful 9 times
