Criticism Description:
On march 9 i visited might's travel in oakland. I talked with might regarding to prices on flight tickets to china and visa costs. She was using the pc trying to find flights to china she explained there aren't any flights available and she'll want to get back tome. She also show me she'll need 300.00 deposit. The deposit is used when booking the airfare tickets. Not hearing from her i named and have whether any flights accessible she said no. Per week had past i still haven't heard from her i named again and have she repeatedly said no. On may-16 i chose to call another agency and see my luck. I approached another travel agency and that i was happy they could get the airfare tickets the same day after i was there. On a single time i approached may's travel and have if she found any airfare tickets she said again no i subsequently informed her i'll no longer need her support i informed her i approached another agency and they got the tickets the same day for me i informed her please return our 300.00 deposit because she'd never reserved any flights for me. On may 21 i obtained a record from my bank the check was banked. I had been very surprised. This really is really inappropriate performing, i never sign any contract. The deposit was only used whenever a trip is reserved which it never occur. I called and spoke with her individually within the phone regarding towards the deposit must be return tome. She went ahead and did what she should not. She's violated the law and committed a robbery and scam.
