I rented a home from G & M enterprises/the floridasunshine.com and when my family and I arrived in Orlando. The house they told us to go to was not the home promised but run down house in a very bad neighborhood. They told me that they will refund my money and I can find a place on my own, and that's what I did. Of course, no refund and the guy, John Baretto, keeps giving me the run around each time I call. This company is definitely bogus and no one should ever pay them for anything!
