We rented a vacation home in Orlando FL from John Barreto (G&M The floridasunshine). The house was okay, and we checked without any issues. We also checkout as directed in the contract. John Barreto told us that he would send us our deposit back within 30 days. We gave him a call at the 30 day mark, and he has been giving the run around since. It is now been close to 3 months and still no refund. We do not recommend doing business with his company:
