We bought a new home off of clayton homes threw welty enterprises in since we have moved in all of us have been sick, there is standing water under the house and in the underbelly. We have had numerous leaks and just lately realized that we have black mold in the walls floors and cellinngs, the house is unlevel, there was no insulation around the windows when they set it up, the wall on the back of the house has been leaking fron day one, when we contacted welty enterprises and told him about it he messed around till the warranty ran out then told us it was our problem, when we tried to take him to court there wasnt anyone that would help since he used to be the mayor of the town. We even have had his employees tell us when he set the house up it was all done wrong the landscaping goes towards the house instead of away and we only have heat and air in half the house. If anyone knows what can be done please help us.
