The toughest customer support I Have ever confronted.
1) Keep contacting them for 3rd evening currently waiting about the telephone for more than 20 minutes. Nevertheless did not achieve any repetitionis.
2) Online reservations program fails. Our subscription number is "not being present in their repository" though it is the things they've submitted e-mail
3) Deliver them a contact requesting assistance. No reply.
Avoid the corporation.
