Unreasonable Credit and Refund Policy

I bought 3 seats that price around $1,500, and my companion had a significant medical crisis that stopped us from getting the journey. I ended fourteen days ahead of time, and required a return. The reimbursement was refused. I had been not able to make use of the credit as a result of this continuing health, and since I seldom travel. These were reluctant to return despite I sent in an email from my companionis physician. (I've since sent in additional confirmation of various other hospital continues.) During one conversation with Guest Providers customer support repetition, I had been informed the credit ended in July, when, actually, the majority of it ended 30 days earlier. This resulted in the majority of my credit expiring. I've requested for an expansion about the credit, and so I might sell the credit to some 3rd party in a discount. (I want I can use the credit for routes, but, I am simply not in times where we're able to do this.) To date, the demand continues to be refused and that Iam losing trust.

I believe Virgin America has been unjust — I ended promptly, and didn't prevent their re selling the chairs. I served in good faith about the info I had been informed. I believe the guidelines are uncommon and also the team and administration are now being rigid and inhumane within this scenario. Virgin America is capitalizing $1,500, obtaining my cash without making any support.
