We bought into this ripoff during our sons wedding in Branson. We were so excited that we could go so many places and also pass it down to our kids someday. Well they wont want this joke. Our sales associate assured us that he would help make our first reservation, even calling after we returned home to confirm the dates we would be going. Now that is time to make reservations, well you guessed it no email returns no phone call returns. So I called the condo myself and the lady at the reservation desk informed me I had to go through grand crowne, she said good luck, you have to book through them. So I called and got a person she said that there was nothing in the northwest region at this time but 1 resort in canada. Thats great by the time we would be able to get passports it wouldnt be available either. Well I guess we wont be going on vacation this year spent too much on the purchase and the maintance fee. Our maintance fee is due at the end of July can anybody suggest if we should pay this if we are trying to cancel this joke. If there ever is a class action suit please count me in. We should have known, we always think about big purchases overnight and they were very addiment that we sign right then. That should of been our first clue.
