We were lied to when we bought our timeshare points from Grand Crowne. We were told 55,000 points was enough for a vacation week. We tried many times to figure out how to get a vacation out of 55,000 points. We never were able to schedule a week of vacation with 55,000 points. We ended up having to purchase more points. What is really bad is we are being charged a mainteance fee for a whole week even though we have never been able to get a week with 55,000 points. We are being charged the same amount of mainteance fee as someone who owns 97,000 points! What a rip-off!
Also, the units are lock-offs. You can hear your neighbors microwave running, you can hear what they are saying, you can hear their dogs barking. It is awful. Don't stay at Grand Crowne if you want a good nights sleep.
