Lied about damage to mattress that service animal caused

The last time i was at this location was the last time after this i went to another hotel. Me and the person i'm working for had a service animal.

Anyhow we already stayed i think 4 times there due to the promotion of stay 3 nights and get 1 free.

Turns out there were things they failed to tell us about that.

Anyhow after the time before this incident i send a thank you card thanking for treating us nicely and for the nice place. We had another reservation where this whole time we had to drive 3 hours one way to get to this hotel as the person had doctors appointments.

Anyhow we came in and the manager claimed that the service animal messed up the bed, when the service animal only slept on the floor.

We went to the room which was in the 200 with the jetbath for disabled people and checked and found no stains or anything.

Thus we never returned to this hotel where they have a manager who is discriminatory and rude and nasty and lied about damage to the mattress when there wasn't any committed by the service animal. Guess he just didn't want to abide by the ADA law.

Im from germany and can't believe how rude people are here.

Hope to be moving to germany so i can tell my story.

Wish the manager would have been nicer especially after i send them a thank you card as i know of someone who used to own a hotel.

So i will never be using this hotel again as the manager is rude and nasty and lied.
