These guys are quite clever. They never reveal who they really are until you sign on the dotted line. The first communication is through a marketing firm that sends you a later in the mail and they have changed their name and moved offices so that you don't really know who you are dealing with until it is too late. This last tactic also makes it difficult to do independent research on the company's complaint history before you attend one of their presentations.
They shuffle all of this paper work in front of you making it more difficult to verify the fine print says compared to what was stated in the presentation. They also make you sign papers that have all of these stipulations. Many of these conditions sound like boiler plate sort of protections that many companies use but they basically absolve the company from all sort of bad behavior. They use separate "suppliers" for their "free gifts" (read the fine print about service fees) which absolves them of liability if they don't deliver.
The final tactic they use is to incorporate legally separate entities to hide who they are. All-Inclusive Excursions is just a distributor for Sealand Travel (for which I cannot find a state registry) and was founded indirectly through layers of owning shell companies.
