I made reservaction from atlanta ga to flint mich with this agency, onmon june 6 me n my g/f went to this agency for reservations to mich—non was available, so we told the travel agency we would keep in touch with them—the next morning tues june 9 we went on the inter net n found a flight for 250 less then the agency quoted me n my g/f, we called the travel agency at 9am on tues the 9th n told them what we found they told us they would check n call us back in 1 hr&they did n told us to come to the office to pick up our tickets for the cheaper price—whrn my g/f went there the tickets were in the wrong name—hers was right diane prill—my was richard prill—which isnt right—im richard mikloski—they told her they assumed i was richard prill n admitted to it—thier error—however they said the airlines is chargeing us 75.00 for a name change—all within 2 hrs of mkaing reservactions-i called the travel agency and they said they assumed i was richard prill—i told them they should have called my home to verify before reserveing the tickets—they said they could do nothing even tho they admitted they were wrong—so im out 75.00 for thier error...
